01About these terms
evergreencontentco.com is run by Evergreen Content Collective LLC, an independent creative studio in New Hampshire. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02Client work shown here
The work on this site was made for clients and partner organizations and is shown with credit to them, as examples of my experience. Client names, logos, trademarks and materials belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean those organizations endorse the studio beyond the words they’ve shared in testimonials. Pieces labeled as mockups show real work in a simulated setting.
03Using the content
The site’s design, writing and original images belong to Evergreen Content Collective LLC or to their respective owners. You’re welcome to browse, share links and print pages for your own reference. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or adapt the work or the writing without written permission.
04Results and figures
Numbers and outcomes on this site describe specific past projects. Every project is different, so they aren’t a promise or guarantee of future results.
05Inquiries and proposals
Sending an inquiry doesn’t create a client relationship or commit either of us to anything. Before work begins, scope, timeline, cost, revisions and ownership of the finished work are set out in a written proposal or agreement, and that agreement governs the project.
06Links to other sites
Links to client sites, articles and social media are here for reference. I don’t control those sites and am not responsible for their content.
07No warranties
I work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Evergreen Content Collective LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
10Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
