Privacy
policy.
The short version: this site sets no cookies, doesn’t follow you around the web and never sells what you share. Here are the details.

01Who runs this site
This website, evergreencontentco.com, is run by Evergreen Content Collective LLC, an independent creative studio in New Hampshire owned by Alexa Carpenter. “I” and “me” in this policy mean the studio.
02What I collect
What you send me. If you use the inquiry form or email me, I receive what you include: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to share, such as your organization, the services you’re interested in, timing, budget and your message.
Basic visit data. Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes standard technical details when a page is requested (such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Visit counts. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see totals such as page views and which pages are read most. It doesn’t use cookies or fingerprinting, and it doesn’t identify you.
03Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies, which is why there’s no cookie banner.
On the Work page, your browser’s session storage remembers which tab you were viewing and how far you’d scrolled, so the “Back” link on a project returns you to the same spot. That note stays in your browser, is never sent to me and is cleared when you close the tab.
04How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve them.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t use it for advertising.
05Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the visit counts.
- Web3Forms delivers inquiry-form messages to my inbox. If the form opens your email app instead, your message travels through your own email provider.
- My email provider stores our correspondence.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.
06How long I keep it
I keep inquiries and project correspondence for as long as I need them to reply, deliver the work and keep ordinary business records, then delete them.
07Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent me at any time by emailing alexacarpenter4@gmail.com. I’ll take care of it promptly, unless I’m required to keep something for legal or tax reasons.
08Links to other sites
Project pages link to client websites, published articles and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.
09Children
This site is meant for businesses and organizations and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
10Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
